うちからおよそ20kmのところに住んでいる友人のところまで、サイクリングに行ってきました。 で、さらにその友達の家周辺の山野をサイクリング。
でも今書きたいのはこのサイクリングのことではありまっせん。
昼間の灼熱の日差しはもうほんとにできるだけ避けたいので、向こうについてからのサイクリングは夕方ということで約束し、ちょうどいい時間に着くように家を出たのが午後３時半すぎ。スローペースで自転車こいで約１時間半の道のりでした。まだその時間帯はもちろん日照りもすごいので、サンスクリーン、車運転する人用の腕まで隠れるUV手袋、肩首周りはタオルを巻いて頭はチャリ用ヘルメット、、もう完全防備。おかげでまあ、みごとに焼けませんでしたわ。
、、、でも、つまんないんだよね。こういうふうにするのって。せっかくのアウトドアなのに。
こっちの人達って、もちろんサンスクリーンは使ってるみたいだけど、なんでそれだけで大丈夫なのかね？肩とか胸とか、真っ赤だしシミだらけ。そんなになっちゃってるあなた達の肌のほうが、皮膚がんのリスクも高かったと思ったよ？ 気にもせずに（しかしサングラスだけはしっかりかけて）街をさっそうと歩いてる。でも実はそれが、すごくうらやましい。。だいいち日傘とか、だいぶ慣れたけどめんどくさいし。
私もどうどうと肌出して、身軽に、颯爽と街を歩きたい！！ 露出狂、ではありませんが切なる願望です。

Today I went bicycling to meet my friend who lives in a town where is about 20km far from my house. And, we also did cycling in the field and forest around his house.
What I want to describe now, is not about bicycling.
I really wanted to avoid this burningly strong sunshine, so we planed to do cycling at the evening, but any way in order to arrive to his house appropriate time, I left my apartment past 15:30. Riding in my slow pace, it took 1 and half hour. Of course sunshine was still so strong, therefore I put sunscreen, UV glove for car drivers covering arms, towel on the neck and shoulder, bicycling helmet,,, that’s complete defense. Successfully, I did not get suntan at all!!
,,,But, I don’t like the way like this actually. Spoiling fun of outdoor.
People here in Israel (not only Israel, I should say, all of the people in the world except Japanese) , of course seem to use sunscreen, but I wonder if they are sure to be OK only with sunscreen?? They obviously look getting sunburn, like red shoulder, freckled decollete… Besides, the risk of skin cancer is higher for the type of white skin, I think. Despite, they seem not to care about it, just wearing sun glass, walking arond the city. But actually, it’s envious for me. I got used to take a parasol every where though, but still inconvinient to carry it.
I want to expose my body, and walk agilly, coolly!! I’m not an exhibitionism, but this is one of my earnest desire, indeed.
